Defined the product scope and interaction model for a centralized automation hub, enabling users to create, govern, and monitor automations, helping prevent unnecessary execution and associated costs. Designed realistic interfaces within the existing codebase to test implementation constraints and drive engineering alignment.

Owned the vision, strategy, and end-to-end design for a customer portal rebuild, securing leadership buy-in and MVP roadmap approval across 3 product teams and 2 cross-departmental teams. Shipped a multi-phase A/B experimentation program for new sales channels, increasing opt-in engagement by roughly 2x.

Designed experiences focused on post-surgical recovery across a B2B clinical management platform and a connected patient-facing surgical care app simplifying complex healthcare workflows and reducing redundant work for clinicians. Conducted generative and evaluative research with patients, nurses, and doctors, and developed a service map spanning patient, clinical, product, and technology layers.
